Blueberry Bread Pudding.

One night we left town.

We sat outside and ate blueberry bread pudding.

We sipped on coffee and watched the people drift up and down the streets.

Conversation was abound, ranging in depth and diversity of topic.

We admired the timber that lined the mountains, surrounding us on all sides.

While the sun was setting we sat beneath a pavilion that echoed the sound of light rain; off and on, while the warmth of the evening lingered.

We overheard a celebration being made with people from all over the world. We wondered what brought them here, to this place, at this time?

Our sweet dessert was followed by joining those that drifted.

Walking hand in hand.

Simple love. Simple surroundings. Simply walking.

It was his idea to get away for the night. Just us two. And Him.

Our time is always based in Him. The One who gives us the time to start with.

We speak in length about the simple blessings received both in and out of the good.

His ways are simple.

We love Him before we love each other.

We laugh and love because He loved us first.

He makes beautiful things out of dust; blueberry bread pudding included.

I love this, Tay; so beautifully written.

I've been constructing an email to you (in my head) and wanting so much to express myself but being held back by fear. I hope to find the courage to articulate these thoughts and feelings and get your insight on them. Hopefully, soon.
